Five-page website design Home, About, Services, Work, and Contact. Desktop and mobile layouts. 3. Responsive development Build the agreed pages, add a contact form, and connect supplied content. 4. Testing & handover Check agreed browsers, connect the domain, and record one handover video. INVESTMENT Project fee: $3,737.50 At kickoff (50%): $1,868.75 Before handover: $1,868.75 Tax, if applicable, is not included. DELIVERY & FEEDBACK Estimated delivery: 4 weeks after kickoff and receipt of required content and access. Includes 2 rounds of consolidated revisions to the agreed deliverables. Client feedback is requested within 3 business days per review. Delayed inputs or approvals may move the delivery date. CLIENT INPUTS Final copy, logo files, brand guidelines, photography, and access to the existing website. OUTSIDE THIS SCOPE Brand identity, copywriting, paid plugins, hosting, domain fees, ongoing maintenance, and additional pages. ADDITIONAL WORK New deliverables and changes beyond the included revision rounds are quoted separately using $65.00 per hour as a planning rate. Scope, cost, and timeline changes need written agreement before additional work starts. NEXT STEP Review the deliverables, exclusions, and estimated schedule together before kickoff.
